What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express through Paypal, but no worries...Paypal doesn't require you to sign up in order to use their services.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please e-mail us at info@chimaandrose.com with your location and we will get it fixed.

Attention International Buyers!

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Chima+Rose, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes, we do! Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of a Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate code redeemable only on our website. 

How do I track my package?

You will receive a Tracking Number and the Courier Website to track your order.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt. 

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt that we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at info@chimaandrose.com with your order number and specifics on what we did wrong, and we will take care of it for you.    

How do I exchange a garment I purchased?

Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. E-mail us at info@chimaandrose.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. 

How do I exchange a bag or accessory I purchased?

Unworn bags can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. E-mail us at info@chimaandrose.com and we can let you know how to exchange your bag.    

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please e-mail us at info@chimaandrose.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the e-mail address used for the order, and what you would like changed.   

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation e-mail?

Some email providers mark our confirmation e-mails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the e-mail arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can e-mail info@chimaandrose.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.   

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail immediately after your order is placed.   

Do you sell your products wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at info@chimaandrose.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, quantity and resale plans and information.    

Can I be a Chima+Rose model?

Yes, you can! We would love to see our fans in our promotional campaigns and on our website. Please send a head shot, a full length picture, and your measurements to info@chimaandrose.com and we will contact you during our casting calls.
